So why does Keith Vaz think he has the moral right to call for a ban on cheap booze? See MPs call for pub happy hours ban I don't believe the problems with youths over indulging and anti-social behaviour has anything to do with being able to buy two-for-one in the supermarkets. Every supermarket I have been in is very cautious who they sell to. Just because a few irresponsible clubs cause problems why should the rest of us suffer?
